RVH for sick children Belfast

My name is Riley. I am 5 years old. When I was 6 weeks old I became very poorly at home and was rushed to hospital by my mummy and daddy ,where within a hour I became very sick,so sick I had to be rushed to the intensive care unit in the RVH for sick children, where I hung on to life. The next few weeks were critical I had a central line fitted to my heart  and I was on a fully life support machine. All my family could do was hope and pray i would pull through. After holding on to life for 2 weeks my body was finally getting better and stronger so they decided to take me of life support machine and I was finally back into my mummy's arms. I was then put on to a ward where I had to learn to feed again before I was allowed home . so after a long month  I was finally allowed home with my family. Unfortunately,I was rushed in the same night because I stopped breathing at home,I was rushed in a ambulance straight in to the resuscitation room where i was once again critical. Once I was stable I was  then took straight to the operating theatre where I was then diagnosed with larynxnomaglacia and subglottic stenosis, so I was now passed onto the ENT as these are conditions of the airway ,i then spent my first year mostly living in the hospital. The last 5 year I have gone through a lot of hospital admissions and 13 operations .  There is so much more I went through and thanks to the RVH for sick children I am still here today. I am wanting to raise money for the hospital who saved my life . But I am only 5 I can't do this task alone. Please sponsor me to help raise Money for the Intensive care unit and ENT department. I want to raise the money as a thank you for everything they have done and continue to do throughout my lifetime. At present I am a happy little boy . Although I still have to live with my conditions I don't let it get me down. My family are also helping me to raise Money by doing skydiving, collection boxes,sponsored walks/running . charity car washes and so much more. Please help me to by donating thank you .
