Reunite our Nephew with Family

We are in desperate need of your help, to help us fight for our nephew to be reunited with his family. He is currently in state custody with a non relative placement . His mother is deceased and his father, my husband's brother, is incarcerated at this time and will be for a while. The father wants to give guardianship/ custody to his brother but unable to do so with out a help of a family lawyer due to the child being in state custody. We started the foster care process but will take about 4 months to complete. We want him to be able to join our family to start school and get adjusted to all the changes. We love him dearly and it hurts that he can not be with us at this time. Please help us by sharing, donating, or praying for us. No amount of help is too little.
