My sister, Ntsum(You Yang Chang), was left behind as a young girl after the Vietnam's war in 1975.In 2003, with the help of local elective officials she was able to visit us in the US for the first time after 28 years.
In 2006, she returned to the US with her husband but none of her seven children.She decided to stay and filed petition for her children to come over to join her. Shortly there after, she was diagnosed with diabetic and had to go through dialysis.For the last 10 years, she went through hell and back with dialysis and heart broken after heart broken for not be able to bring her children to the US and had to battle her illness all alone.Early this year, she finally managed to get a kidney transplant but with lot of complication as she is still goes through daily.
The good news is that the US embassy in Laos just approved for 3 of her children to come over as the rest already getting too old after all the waiting.The bad news is that with her health problem the last 10 years- she was not only spiritually,physically, but financially broke.This is where I'm asking for your financial support to help with plane fare to unite HER with some of her children OR help these 3 children to unite with their mother.Regardless of the amount- every single penny will bring these children and their long lost mother together Once AGAIN.
