AZ DCS/CPS: Please Re-Unite Laurie's Babies Now!

7 months in and my four young children Kika  6yrs, Greta 5yrs, Rory 3yrs and Bodhi 1 year old are still held against my will under a court appointed CPS/DCS guardian.   Please help me get my kids back from CPS/DCS.

 How did I lose custody of my kids? 

Here’s my story:  

This is an urgent appeal... It started off with my partner and father of Kika, Greta and Rory’s tragic death in July of 2016 due to paranoid delusional schizophrenia.  I ineffectively dealt with the pain and subsequently moved into a new relationship and marriage fairly quickly.   My new husband turned out to be extremely physically and mentally abusive towards me and my children...

March 4, 2017:  At 4 months pregnant my face was shoved into the couch and my nose was broken.  After a minor disagreement regarding a TV show, I decided to leave the bedroom to sleep on the couch. My husband ran out of the bedroom and forcefully shoved my face into the couch.  I screamed as he pushed my face increasingly forcefully into the arm of the couch. Once he finally relented, it was clear in terms of pain and appearance that he had broken my nose. I felt shocked and traumatized... I was pregnant with our son Bodhi at the time. 

Another major incident happened in September of 2017: 

My husband, 4 children (including our 2 year-old baby) and I relocated to San Carlos, Mexico. Within days, my husband began verbally and physically abusing me - often asking which of my kidneys was the weakest and then kicking me in the back until I urinated on the floor. I was smacked repeatedly in the face while holding our newborn son. I was told one night that I shouldn't fall asleep, as he would beat me if he saw me lying with my eyes closed. He also threatened to chain me to the back of a car and have it driven away, and replace me with a "new mother" for my children. He often picked my 3 year-old daughter up by her hair and arms, causing both chunks of her hair to come out and multiple injuries to her arms. The kids and I were finally rescued by Guaymas police and the US Embassy.

There were repeated incidents where I was attacked by my husband while in the car with my children... Often he would pull me by my earlobe or hair for minor disagreements. On March 24, 2018 he pulled me out of the car and repeatedly smashed my face into the ground, then shifting to pushing my face into the car's gear selector. My children looked on and screamed in horror. This incident resulted in my needing to go to the emergency room for an MRI due to the extent of my injuries... Police filed a report and my husband is currently running from the law after posting bail and jail release. He did not show up for his court date in October as promised.

Because of my lack of higher awareness and low self esteem at that time unfortunately,  I returned to my abusive husband several times until I learned my lesson, until the message was beaten into me...  Leave or die... 

During and after my getting enough courage to leave this marriage he mounted a brutal campaign to destroy me and this includes reporting me to DCS with false accusations and sending email and web posts meant to degraded me to my employer, all my family, in-laws, friends and anyone else that would listen.  He also called the police on me and I am now facing domestic violence charges which are completely unjustified.  He’s also taken and sold off my car, depleted my bank account, stole my mother’s household goods and threatened both me and my mother so many times that we both live in fear and have a court restraining order for our protection.  In addition, I lost my four babies (Ages 6 down to 1) to the custody of Arizona Department of Child Safety, because they said that I allowed my abusive husband to harm my children.  I have since left this relationship and I’m filing for a divorce.

Reason for immediate action:  While under the state’s control, my son Bodhi has been injured at least 5 times in the past 2 months, the latest being January 22, 2019.  As my case worker is writing up an incident report, my son is heading to urgent care without me, his mother to support him.  My two daughters Kika and Greta are now with a cold/flu as my case worker discovered that Kika has been without a coat for at least two weeks because it was forgotten in the transport car during our last visit.  Since my two girls Kika and Greta have been living separately from their brothers, Rory and Bodhi, they have become visibly emotionally stressed, especially in their attitude.  When they ask me why they can't come home with me, and I give them a hopeful answer, I perceive a desperate look of disbelief in their eyes.  It hurts me to see my kids so helpless from this separation, which could last indefinitely, or until December 2019's hearing, according to my public defender.  They miss me and I miss them.  Why prolong an agonizing ordeal that has left them already unequivocally scarred?
