Return my beloved Truck

So as a lot of you know this truck (the 91) was my baby after I sold it about a year ago I’ve had many regrets about this sense. So I spoke to the gentleman I sold it to asking if I could buy it back and of course he agreed he knew I loved the truck and to be honest it’s a huge headache of a vehicle but there’s only one problem he was loaning the vehicle to a friend and he had been arrested for unknown reasons and the truck had disappeared no one could find it turns out through searching and many calls I found it had gotten impounded in February the truck has been sitting in the tow yard sense I spoke with the tow company and I told them my story and they said they would drop the fee down from 4.7k to $1500 dollars my only problem now is I’m very short handed and don’t have the means to buy it out of impound if anyone can spare a couple of bucks to help get my baby back it will not go to waste and I would appreciate beyond  comprehension
