I guess rescue has always been part of my life, from my mom taking in day old calves that were bottle fed to picking up dogs off the side of the road. As I grew my passion for rescue grew too. I’ve dedicated the last decade of my life to rescue and now it’s just part of my soul. Hospice and special needs cases are very near and dear to my heart. My husband and I have been wanting to move to some property in the country so we have more space, not just for our family of soon to be 7, but so that we can expand our efforts and partnerships with two rescues that are near and dear to my heart, the Lake Charles Pit Bull Rescue and the Safe From Slaughter Equine Rescue. With more land, more space, imagine what good we could do and the lives we can bless and enrich. Taking in animals that need extra TLC and training before they can be placed, healing the sick, giving a happy, safe place for terminal pets that otherwise would not have a chance at a quality twilight part of their lives. That’s what we want to do. With more space we can do so much more good and bless the lives of so many more animals, and in turn humans too. Help us help them. Help us make a difference. We can’t do this without you. Let us make a place for special needs animals, hospice cases... a place where even if they never leave, they never wanted to. A place where they are loved the way every animal should be. Help us do that please ❤️Organizer
