Replace Kilt for Luke

With your help, I would like to replace the kilt for Luke Cuppage that was lost in their recent fire.  
Anyone that knows Luke and his family, knows they are a close family and love their community.  Luke's passion is his pipes and piping.
Together lets put Luke back into his own kilt.
