Rent and Preventing Eviction

This year has been incredibly hard on me, and recently I've hit an incredibly huge roadblock on my way to getting back on my feet. I have been between jobs since early October and have had no luck finding a new one. Because of this, I am currently late on my rent for November and will likely be unable to pay that anytime soon, let alone my upcoming rent for December. My family does not have the means to help, making this a last resort option.

My monthly rent is $400, and this month I've accrued a late fee of $40, hence the $840 goal. This money will keep me in my apartment, and more importantly it will allow me to stay in and connected to my community at Knox College. It is so incredibly important for me to be able to remain here, as this is my support system. I don't know what I would do if I was forced to leave.

Unfortunately I need this money quickly. My landlord is willing to work with me a bit, but if I do not have both months' rent by the beginning of December he will be serving an eviction notice. 

I'm so grateful to anyone that can contribute. It would mean the world to me if I could find the support to keep moving forward.
