My name is Sean Hetrick. I'm a musician/singer/songwriter and have been in recovery for almost 4 years. I am planning a tour across the country to Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation centers and I need help! I want to travel to these recovery centers and play music and speak on the positive aspects of life after drug/alcohol abuse. This is a real goal to help others faced with the disease of addiction/alcoholism. I can accomplish this goal with your help! The idea of the "Rehab Tour" came about while playing in rehabilitation centers and recovery events in Annapolis, MD. My performances have had a positive impact on the people who attend. The majority of these funds will go to reliable transportation for the Rehab Tour. I currently have all of my equipment loaded in the back of a small SUV with almost 200,000 miles and a check engine light that won't stay off. I fear it won't make it across country. Some of these funds will also help with CD's, band shirts and equipment costs. The rest of the funds will go to travel costs (gas, cheap hotels, and tolls). Please help me get this started! I am confident that this tour could help many people on their road to recovery from addiction across the country. It's my goal to continue to tour to rehabilitation centers for years to come. I'm currently booking dates in early May with solo and full band performances. That gives me approximately 3 months to reach my goal. Anything you can donate is greatly appreciated!
