Br. Uthman, his 7 month pregnant Syrian Refugee wife, and their 2 year old daughter.
They currently are homeless and staying in our Masjid In Brooklyn, Muslim Community Center, since almost every masjid turned them away. They came with about $8,000 in savings and within 2 months of hotel fees, food and expenses, they were left with ZERO dollars. For 2 months they were seeking help all over the city asking for work and place to stay. We heard about them when one sister found the mother crying outside a Masjid in Brooklyn. We immeditaly took them in and provided food and essential items for the family. It is a heartbreaking story to see when our Masjids and centers are not equipped or trained on how to handle such cases. The mom is stressed out and her health is deteriating. We need YOUR help to help them start a fresh new life.
We already have a couple of job offers for the father and all we need now is a place to put them in. Imagine if this was your mother, wife or daughter who is 8 months pregnant and sleeping on the floor. This family committed no crime, there only hope and dream was to give their daughter a better life.

$14,400: Provide 1 year of PAID rent so the father can save up while working.
$3,500: Provide new furniture for entire apartment
$2,000: Purchase clothes for the family, they literally ONLY have a small suitcase of clothes.
TOTAL AMOUNT NEEDED: $19,900
