Rebuilding Homes Sonoma Fire Relief

Tax deductible
In October of 2017 wildfires burnt over 245,000 acres and destroyed over 5,000 homes in Sonoma County.

Habitat for Humanity of Sonoma County has developed multiple programs to contribute to the wildfire relief and recovery efforts. It recently launched it’s Sonoma Wildfire Cottage Initiative as a part of the fire recovery efforts. This pilot program will showcase multiple building technologies for long-term affordable and workforce housing solutions for Sonoma County, and provide immediate relief for families displaced by wildfires.

The team at Learning as Leadership  is excited to lend our efforts to the rebuilding efforts, in support of and solidarity with our neighbors to the north. We will be volunteering on November 16th along with friends and family members, and need your support to help Habitat for Humanity cover the cost of building materials, training, and supervision!

Any funds we raise will go directly to Habitat for Humanity of Sonoma County, and will be designated to be used in support of wildfire survivors.
