Ralph who is homeless

This man right here breaks my heart his name is Ralph. I know he sits and lives by the bridge next to Home Depot in Whitehall.. I stop to talk to him as many times as I possible can. If you have any extra blankets bags or food you can stop and give him things. Trying to raise money for him so he can choose if he wants to go in doors. After being homeless for so long some people just don’t wanna go in to a place and get help and we can’t make him. But with the winter holiday coming up and the temps already going down maybe we can raise enough money for Ralph this season.
