Ever since teaming up in the summer of 2015, Diana and Meghan have produced their own unique (not to mention fucking delicious) flavor combinations with handcrafted pickles and kombucha, thus establishing The French Pickler and Vitalize Kombucha. Our ultimate goal and dream is to produce enough to provide your neighborhood with an abundant amount of our heartfelt products! To accomplish this, we need to cover permits to sell wholesale and quite a few others expenses. Your wonderful, beautiful contribution will allow us to aquire this necessary permit for operation, insurance and marketing materials (created by talented local ATX artists, of course). 

Diana got this idea one day to make pickles. She shared them with her bestest friend Claire, who thought they were the most delicious homemade pickles she had ever tasted (and she's tasted a lot). Claire suggested that she make tamales and Diana make pickles for an upcoming local market. They ended up making pickles and no tamales and thus, The French Pickler was born.

Back in 2012, the idea of probiotics just blew Meghan's mind. She decided to try her hand at Kombucha, and after days of hard work she created her first batch... It. Sucked. BUT, after 3 years of hard work, perfection, blood sweat tears and all that jazz, she finally decided it was safe to serve to friends and at a local market. It. Was. Amazing. Thus, Vitalize Kombucha was born.
