Valley Fire Kitty Fund

Animal Outreach of the Mother Lode and Persian and Himalayan Rescue are teaming up to save cats and kittens from the Valley Fire in Lake County.  Our first intake of 5 adult cats and one, two week old kitten, occurred today!  These cats have medical needs that will be addressed by our great Veterinarians but  we need your financial help so that we continue this rescue effort until all of the Valley Fire kitties are saved.

Unfortunately, the shelters local to Lake County are bursting at the seams with stray animals.  Their owners have until 10/27 to reclaim their pets.  After 10/27 the animals  will be released to adoptions or other rescues and any left behind will be euthanized.  We want to prevent that from happening by stepping up to take some of these displaced and homeless cats and kittens.  We need your help.  We can't do it without you.  These animals have already lost everything.   Help us save their lives.  Any amount will help.
