OMS 8th grade promotion

Lily told me today that there are kids who will not get to go to 8th grade promotion due to library fees and negative balance on lunch accounts. Makes no sense to punish the kids for something beyond their control. So lily is looking into it and figuring it out and is going to try to raise the funds somehow.

Update: it's around 4000 dollars. And I've made this post public so anyone can share it. If you wish to donate let me know or you can call the school directly.

2nd update: this isn't about the parents in any way. Kids don't pick who or where they are born. It's just important to lily that anyone who wants to go to promotion can.
