Funding for DD'S activities

I would like your support in order for my brother to access meaningful and stimulating activities My brother can't afford to pay towards the actual cost of his activities.My brother has severe learning disabilities with autistic traits and is non -verbal.Council are funding for his residential placement and some one to be with him to support him with his activities(1:1 support) .However he needs to contribute towards the actual cost of activities. Due to the fact their are no stimulating activities on a regular basis, it has affected him to a huge extent where his behaviour has been really challenging , repetitive and he's been self-harming.His meaningful activities were stopped in April 2015 .
