Georgia's Heartworm Treatment

Georgia is a little 4 year old sweetheart, who unfortuantely has a potentially fatal case of heartworms.  Her only chance of survival means having a procedure to manually remove the worms from her heart.  Along with this risky procedure comes the expense!  The awesome staff at CVCA is willing to help us save Georgia.  Her procedure is scheduled for Thursday September the 24th.  Please help us raise enough money to save Georgia!
