Rent Help

My name is Tiffany Brown and my family has fallen on hard times due to my medical issues. I have had 2 surgeries this year and I am having another one on 11/17/2016. Due to this I have not been able to work. All the financial duties have unfairly fallen on my hardworking fiance'. We recieved a 5 day notice to pay or quit today. I have called local churches and charities. I was able to fill out an application for financial assistance at Life Church and was told I would have to come up with at least $400 or know an exact date that I could have the money before they would be able to help with the rest. We owe a total of $1150. I am desperate to come up with money for rent as we have small children in the home and I am having surgery and I am worried that I will end up being evicted while in the hospital recovering from the surgery. My notice is to pay or move before 11/11/2016. I do not want my children to have to be homeless because mommy's insides don't work right. I would be forever grateful to anyone that is willing to help in this time of need.
