Jaymarchelle Kettel  BATTLE CREEK, MI
We are the Kettel family who have recently found out that our unborn baby girl has Transposition of The Great Arteries and will need to be delivered at University of Michigan an hour and ahalf away from our house to have open heart surgery and stay for multiple weeks. Then during this hard time we also learned that Jayson (husband/father) that was making the income for our family, has bleeding on the brian due to an aneurysm rupture. During the CT and MRI scans a huge mass was found on his brain. We have to wait a couple months for the bleeding to stop to know what is under the blood to know what the mass is and the doctors do not want to operate without identifying exactly what is under the blood. Due to this Jayson can no longer work nor Marchelle  his wife due to being 30 weeks pregnant and weekly appointments we both have, we no longer have any income coming in for our household. Our financial needs are both immediate and ongoing until Jayson can return to work. We are just trying to pay our bills and using any money we get towards keeping our household and taking care of family needs, and just want to thank anyone who is willing to help in this time of need.

We want to give an update to keep everyone informed on our situation.Christyn is doing well and growing, she has an appointment on May 26Th at UofM.Radiation is done for Jayson and we wont know anything for around a year but praying that open surgery isnt the next step and that radiation will do its job.Although we have overcome most of the medical struggles for the time being there is alot of things we need help with.We met with some counsel on our situation from the church and just close friends, and we have really alot of need financially, our water was shut off today but we managed to pay that, our vehicle we are trying to keep. Our home is another struggle,we have $2980.00 a month in bills, and we have had some outside contributions that have helped us stay afloat until disability goes through. We have stopped all automatic payments from coming out of our bank because of the funds not being there causing us to lose some of whats been given to fees.We have electric and gas coming up,rent coming up,and since the car was a partial payment the full amount due now is on the 3rd,which is the same day to keep our home. Please pray about these bills and what dire tion we should take, and this update is to let all of you know where the money has went and that we are very very thankful for all the help and if you cant give just pray,GOD IS ALWAYS GOOD AND HIS TIMING WILL BE PERFECT!!
