Puerto Rico Food Truck Start Up

Hello family and friends, my fiance Jason and I are relocating to Puerto Rico this coming January  and we are hoping to open a FoodTruck Caravan.  Starting a business is scary but starting a business in a place where your first language isnt theirs is ever more scary lol. However we are looking forward to the journey. Thats where you all come in. We would love if you can help us feel a little more secure as we start this new chapter in our lives.
