Helpless Family

Hello, Me and my family are currently distraught and without a doubt angry. We moved in a year ago looking for a fresh start, but what we got in return is unbelievable. It all started when hurricane Matthew made is mark in the Fall of 2016. Water over coming from toilet leading into several bedrooms. We were sent to live in a hotel for a few days. Coming back to what we thought was "fixed".  Far from fixed. Just recently the horrendous act happened yet again. Water coming from the toilet and tub. Not just any water sewage water. Backing up the toilets. Anytime the tenants above us use the bathroom the water would come down to us and flood the apartment basically. My husband calls  the apartment"Lake City" trying to find some humor in this horrible incendent for our family. When we comformted the landlord   they wouldn't be able to help us. With that being said we were being put in hotel for days at a time coming back thinking it was " fixed" when all actuallity it was far from that. The stinch has become so much we open the windows day in and day out. We ate being treated like we don't pay our rent. We shouldn't have to live like this. So if you can find it in your hearts to donate something to find another house and replace furniture we will greatly appreciate it.
