Please Help Me Keep My Kids Safe

Hello my name is Emily Rose Ellis.
I'm a 25 year old single mom of three beautiful children.
Clover is 6, winter is 4 and Judah is almost 3.
In October of 2014, I chose to leave a physically abusive relationship with the children's father that had progressed to the point that he was endangering the children on a regular basis. We have truly needed the last couple of years of peace. Recovering emotionally and physically due to a no-contact restraining order that has now just expired.
He is back and with his family's financial backing.
It makes me sick to think about the courts ruling to put my children back in the grasp of such an unstable man  who has a proven past of hurting the people around him to get the justice he  feels he deserves.
Being on state assistence myself, I cannot afford to hire an attorny to defend my case and protect my children in court. I'm hoping to raise  $3,000 in order to pay the retainer of a local family law attorney that truly has our best interests in mind. These funds will make the difference in my kids daily safety and well being.
