Pride in the CLE - 2016 Cleveland

We are so thankful to all that have donated and for all of you who have been such a big part of making PRIDE in the CLE become a reality. We have obtained our initial goal to help towards our final budget, which we now have and we will need a total of $12,000 to break even on this event. We are more than half way there and continued donations are very appreciated. This has been a fantastic collaboration from an incredible community and as we hit the home stretch we truly just want to thank every organization and individual who donated for all of your support. It takes a village and Cleveland has the BEST LGBTQ Village in the land.
Your donation will help make Pride in the CLE a reality. The LGBT Center and the Pride in the CLE planning committee is dedicated to ensuring this important community event is accessible to every member of our community. There will be no entrance fees, no commercial vendors, and no table fees charged to our local nonprofits -therefore your donation is critical to the success of Pride in the CLE. Your tax-deductible donation of any size* will be immediately put to good use to make Pride in the CLE a celebration of our LGBTQ community and culture that every one of us can be proud of.
*Any individual, company, or organization donating $500+ will be offered the opportunity to have your name included on a thank you display.

The LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland (The Center) is excited to present “Pride in the CLE”- a festival and community-run event open to the public that will take place at Public Square in Cleveland, Ohio on August 13, 2016. “Pride in the CLE” will engage, inspire and empower event participants in visibility and celebratory activities that highlight the diverse LGBTQ+ community of Greater Cleveland.
The “Pride in the CLE” planning committee features representation from 18 separate organizations and has worked closely with city officials, law enforcement and community leaders to ensure our security. After a successful meeting with the City Steering Committee and receiving their full approval, The Center and the planning committee are confident in the promise for a safe and secure event.
