Hello, Friends and Family!
I hope that this message finds you well. I've recently been selected to participate in the Leadership Program and Debutante Cotillion hosted by the Greater Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Along with 20 other Atlanta teens who have demonstrated academic excellence, I will make my debut on December 17, 2016.
Like most events of this type, there is a fundraising component. A portion of monies raised will go towards my college tuition, and another will support the Jack and Jill of America Foundation and its philanthropic and community service projects. I'd be honored to have your assistance in reaching my goal of $5000.
During my time as a Debutante, I've participated in educational and cultural activities, and will soon volunteer in a group community service activity before we begin learning choreography for the waltz. It's been a really great experience getting to know the other Debutantes and our mentors.
An honor student in the High Achievers Magnet program, this is my Senior year at Chamblee Charter High School and am very active in various activities on and off campus. After completing over 100 hours of community service, I've earned the Gold Award - the highest honor in Girl Scouts - with a project focused on poverty and benefitting youthSpark, a local non-profit. Although my project is completed, I'm still volunteering in this effort. Most recently, I became an inaugural member of the Youth United Board of United Way of Greater Atlanta.

* My escort, Christian Vanleer, and I have little sisters that play Varsity volleyball for our High School. We start waltz rehearsals in October -- wish us luck!
* The Debutante Cotillion Ball is being hosted on the same night and within the same venue as the Mayor's Masked Ball. Tickets for Cotillion can be purchased through my mother.

* The "Reward Levels" section is the pricing for Souvenir Book ads. Sponsorships are available, too. Please let my mother know if you're interested in either!
