Hello Friends and Family near and far I come to you to ask for your financial support and prayers. Back in 2008 I made a decision to have a tubal ligation ( a surgery I have always regretted) and my desire to have another child has never truly gone away.
Well let’s fast forward a few years later. I find myself a mom of four, standing before a selfless man with no kids of his own who took on that roll as their Father. Now our hearts desire, and prayer is to have a child of our own.
With much research and talking with Dr. Levin (out of Louisville Kentucky) and his team. My tubes are reversible!! So exciting to hear with a 75% success rate. And this is where we are asking for your help. The cost is $6,200.00.

- SURGEONS FEES - PRE OPERATIVE BLOOD WORK - OPERATING ROOM IN HOSPITAL - SURGICAL SUPPLIES - ANESTHESIA FEES - RECOVERY ROOM IN HOSPITAL - POST OPERATIVE VISIT AND WOUND CARE - PAIN MEDICATION - TWO DAY HOTEL STAY - ON GOING FERTILITY CARE (until conception), Then Dr. Levin will see me through my first trimester.
