Prayers for Sandy Bustos

Hi Everyone! Those of you who are close with Sandy and the rest of the Bustos family know that Sandy went in for a routine surgery on Thursday, December 1st. Sandy suffered complications and was admitted into ICU just a couple of days following her surgery. She has been in critical condition ever since, fighting for her life in the Intensive Care Unit for 27 days now. She is a FIGHTER and a Warrior of CHRIST, continuing to fight the battle for herself and her family. However, with each hurdle she overcomes, another hurdle seems to follow. She has not given up and finds her strength in Jesus. Sandy is an incredible woman so full of love. She is a believer in Christ and has an AMAZING support system. The love and support that her family and friends have shown is beyond incredible. Her husband (Manuel), mother (Margie), and her 3 children (Tish, Pete and Manny) have not left her bedside in the 27 days she has been in the Intensive Care Unit. Just yesterday, the family received the news that she was approved for a transfer to UCSF and was immediately moved to UCSF for further specialized care. Though the news of Sandy’s transfer to UCSF is something the family has been praying for, it comes with a tremendous amount of expenses from gas, food and lodging, not to mention loss of income. They've spent Christmas, soon to be New Years, and shortly, her birthday (January 3rd) in the ICU praying for the Lord to pour out his miracle of healing over her body. Please help us by donating whatever you can to help take the burden off of Sandy’s incredible family/support system so they can continue to be by her side in this time of need. We also ask that you continue to keep Sandy and her family in your prayers. We believe in the power of prayer and positive thinking.
