Well...where do I begin?
Myself, wife and my 3 young children, aged 3, 5 and 7 lost our home on the 19th February. Our landlord is selling up, and of course I can’t afford to buy.
Our local council (Havering Borough Council) have not been helpful. They feel I should be okay finding a new place. I have just started a new job, and of course that means a month in hand, in terms of getting paid.
We’re currently in a Travelodge, which is pretty expensive, it has drained all my savings. A deposit, month’s rent in advance, associated agency fees are £3500, which I currently don’t have. Paying the rent monthly isn’t an issue.
This is where you good folk come in. Please help!
