Please help me try to live a life I deserve!

Hi my name is Daniel Wain. I'm 27 and I suffer with cerebral palsy, trying to live the best life I can in Rochdale, Manchester. I am confined to a wheelchair and can not weight bare at all or transfer from chair to bed without the use of a hoist (ceiling track or mobile). I am a competitive Boccia athlete and go far in my competitions. I'm hoping to maybe make it into the England team one day and play in the Paralympics. That's a dream I have had all my life. I am a raving Manchester City fan and I have a season ticket to watch the home games. Football mad haha. I like to play wheelchair football. I am part of a team called Oldham Warriors.  Other than sport, I like to go to the countryside where my sister lives in Lincolnshire. I go there for 1-2 weeks at a time and 5 times a year. I see lots of different family members while I'm there and we have time at the beach and walking around country parks. As you can see I'm very much a sporting family man.

Now the reason for me asking for some help is simple but heartbreaking. My mobile hoist is beyond economical repair and without the use of it my life that I enjoy so much, has to stop. I've not been to wheelchair football since before Christmas because of my hoist. When I go to my sister's house, I use the mobile hoist to get into bed and back into my chair. So without the hoist I can't go to see my family. And finally, I have a Boccia tournament coming up in May. If I get through this tournament then I have to go to northern Ireland in June. For that I will need my mobile hoist to get into a hotel bed.
All I ask is for a little bit of help to rise these funds so I can live a life that I enjoy.

Update.... I have just been (18-05-2019) on a Boccia competition and won Gold. Only the gold winners go through to the next round in Northern Ireland on 14-06-2019. This will be the final competition in this round were I will be playing to become the best Boccia player in the whole of the UK. My talent could get noticed and I could get asked to join the Boccia England team or even get sponsored for the future. This is such an amazing stage of the competition that I have arrived to. 
Unfortunately tho I have been looking online at ferry prices and hotel prices. The ferry to get me, my 2 assistant and my van over to Northern Ireland is going to cost £400. An accessible hotel for 2 nights is going to cost £200.
