It is time to renovate our beloved Rocketship Park. Being inspired by the number of children and families who have enjoyed the Park for over 50 years, the Village of Port Jefferson is excited to renew this treasured playground to ensure that all children get the balance of active play needed for a child's physical and social development .
The Park monies are in a dedicated account, created through the Port Jefferson Conservancy- a non profit organization. All contributions are tax deductible.
Our goal is to make the Park accessible for all children and adults, including those that are physically and intellectually challenged. This is a task worth contributing to and an appeal from the heart for the children to brighten their day and their future.
