Pitch2Punchline 2019 - Batyr
I have always been passionate about comedy. My very first stand up was during year 3 in 1999 and now 20 years later, there was an opportunity to do stand up for Pitch2Punchline.
Stand up was always a way for many to release pressure and tension. I've seen many comedians express themselves through stand up, but I have never knew one of my childhood heroes, Robin Williams, was suffering depression. Apart of my involvement with Pitch2Punchline was to raise awareness and funds for Batyr. It is an organisation that focus on tackling mental illness. I believe tackling mental illness is a strong cause to be apart of. And this partnership makes it even worthwhile to be apart of.
I hope you can help me raise $1500 for this charity.
