Picnic area for ADAMS (Eagle Scout)

I am working to achieve scouting's highest honor: the rank of Eagle Scout. As a part of the process, I will organize and lead a service project.
My project is going to be building two picnic table with attached benches (standard six feet tables) with proper signage to accommodate/provide visitors with a picnic area where they can enjoy outdoors and a place to picnic with friends and family.
Adams Center is a place frequented by the community members and people from adjoining neighborhoods. The proposed outdoor picnic area is in dire need of these facilities.
I am asking for monetary donations from individual/family in the form of a check made out to Ayesha Khalid. The money will be used to cover the cost of the picnic tables, materials which add up to approximately $1500. Any amount that you can contribute will greatly aid me in my journey towards Eagle Scout and will go to a good cause.
