Jimmy Holden's Heart Surgery Fund

Jimmy has been battling renal failure for about three years with it becoming significantly worse within the last year with the future plan of a kidney transplant. During testing to facilitate this procedure it was discovered that Jimmy has an aneurysm in his aorta and will be having open heart surgery to repair it within the next week tentatively. His heart must be fixed before he can receive a kidney transplant. During this time he will be unable to work and will be relying on others for help with everything. We are just asking for help for travel for family members, his travel to and from appointments as well as other expenses that will arise.
