Paul's campaign for Age UK Richmond upon Thames

HI, it's been a while since I did a charity fundraiser but when asked if I would join the team at Age UK Richmond in the Richmond Run Fest I thought that would be nice and get me back into my running shoes.

My plan to run a nice cosy 5k went out of the window when all that was left was a spot in the half marathon, eek, so I thought I'd give it a go again, so.....
