12th Grade Graduating Class #ParadiseStrong Mosaic
After 5 months of tragedy and triumph the graduates of two Paradise schools need your help to leave a visual legacy and give back to their teachers and staff.
The seniors and eighth grade classes of Paradise High School and Paradise Intermediate School will each be painting small tiles that will create unique Paradise Strong Mosaics. These mosaics are a fundraiser for personal gifts from the graduates to their teachers and staff, as well as a permanent symbol of resilience and hope that will hang proudly in their schools.
For the past 5 months, in the ashes of the Camp Fire, the staff have continued to educate these students while rebuilding their own lives. You can help support the project by visiting the GoFundMe page and sponsoring one or more of the tiles in the mosaic. 100% of the funds will go directly to the students to purchase gifts for their staff and teachers. Every tile will have the sponsor’s name on the back and are $25 each.
The painting of the tiles will be on a date TBD in May, marking 6 months after the fire, and captured on video. Odyssey Teams, Inc. is funding an initial $2,000 in supplies and facilitating the painting of the mosaics process.
