Sandbox Club "Month 13, 2015"

Our little no-kill shelter uses about 2500 pounds of litter each month. No, that’s not a typo!  We purchase an average of 14 skids of clay litter annually, 28,000 pounds in 10# bags.  It kind of befuddles the mind, doesn’t it?

A local merchant sponsor sold us litter for 2015 at a greatly reduced price.  Still, our cost is about $3,500.00, a significant line item in our 100% donation-based budget.

Sandbox Club members to the rescue!

Sandbox Club members sponsor the cost of one skid of litter, which was $250 this year.  In exchange, we promote their business on our site, http://beachpets.com, and on https://facebook.com/beachpets .  We were really pleased to partner donors with others who wanted to share a sponsorship and we raised funds to purchase 12 palettes–one for each month.

We had quite a kitten season this year and are in need of a little more than one more skid to get through the balance of the year.  We're looking for your help!  All donors–any amount– will share this final sponsorship of the year, becoming members of our Sandbox Club for "Month 13, 2015" and receiving promotional benefits.More info on our Sandbox Club
