Spark challenge

I’m happy to introduce everybody to the “SPARK CHALLENGE”. The “SPARK CHALLENGE” will be a fun little teaser before the main charity event, I will be hosting at the Yorktown plaza, May 17th (the weekend before memorial day). The point of this is to raise money for Children's Hospital as well as get a little workout in, more details on that to come; however as of now I CHALLENGE people to put up or shut up, I will challenge a select few who will then castoff their challenges in hopes we can start raising money for “CHOP” now. I’m challenging you to give me 15 Burpees W/overhead clap or donate your $25 to a great cause.
