Stop Infringement of our Community

Over the last few years we have set up a community site "Overland Sphere" to support overland travellers.
We have just found out the directors of commercial company, who we removed from our community just a few days ago for promoting their goods and services in breach of our rules, has bought the domain name and created a FB page similar to our own.
We have contacted the parties to ask them to take down their FB page and site, however their response is “you have no trade mark”.
It disappoints me so much after years of hard work for someone to create new media sites to possibly profit from using the same name as our community.
To be able to fight this company we must urgently raise funds to register our trade mark. The cost of this is £1050
