Help my outlaw bully, Jesse James.

I'm Lori, and my six year old, Old English Bulldog Jesse, had a Mass Cell Tumor.  He just had surgery to remove as much as they could of it.  There's still a possibility of more turmors to grow.  I still need some help with his follow up vet bills and medication.  
 How can I put into words what Jesse means to me and how much.  I can tell you this, and I've told this to everyone, that if something happens to Jesse and his baby sister, that I'll have no reason to be on this earth.  I would cut off one of my limbs for them, if it would help.  He's such a special and unique boy.  He loves to play fetch with tennis balls, and even if you have several all the same, if it's not the one he gave you, then he won't go and get it.  And he talks.  It always reminds me of a car motor that's flooded :-)
 And for any help I can get, I will be so very grateful.  If I can ever return the favor, I'll be the first one to sign up. I'm alone in this journey, excpet for some very kind and wonderful bully owners on facebook, who have been giving me all their shouders to cry on and lots of moral support.  So please help me take care of my bully boy..
