One Toy, One Smile for Haiti

Hello Dear Family and Friends,
I want to express my gratitude towards you, and in the name of the hundreds of kids who recieved a Christmas gift last year, we say thank you for your kind generosity. Through your donations large and small, we've been able to bring the joy of Christmas to the people in Les Cayes.

People of all ages quickly stopped everything they were doing to watch and some even join the parade led by Santa in a sleigh with strains of Christmas songs filling the air by a local children's marching band. Children were able to spend a few hours being kids as they jumped in a bouncy house (which no one had ever seen before), danced, and played together.

The laughter, smiles, and looks of disbelief melted our hearts as we heard over and over again, "this is for me!?! I have a toy!?! Santa remembered me this year!?!" 

We hope that we will be able to keep this spirit of Christmas alive as we return this December to serve the most humble in this beautiful Haitian community.
