OLHS Serenity Garden

Hi! Our names are Chloe Rabinowitz, Ryan Evans, and Ellie MacDowell. We are seniors at Olentangy Liberty High School and we are creating a serenity garden and small patio outside of the library at our school. Mental health issues have come to the forefront of conversation at our school throughout the past year, and we want to create change through our senior Action Research project. A school garden will connect the environment with the positivity that Liberty students need, and it will be a place where students can go to find peace within a stressful day. Overall, our goal is to create a serenity garden that would thrive, not only this year, but in years to come, allowing students to find a positive environment within their everyday lives.

The donations from this GoFundMe will allow us to create the garden to fit the needs of the students at Liberty. The costs will include soil, benches, garden beds, tools, and decorations to promote positive mental health at our school. Extra donations will fund maintenance of the garden in the future. We appreciate the support of the community as we continue designing and creating the garden. Thank you!!
