Out of the Darkness

We are a group of students doing an NCS social action project where we plan on doing an “Out of The Darkness Walk” where we will begin walking from Lytham beach while it is still dark and walking to Blackpool Tower and back while the sun is rising to raise money for Men’s Shed which is a charity that helps males who are struggling with their mental health. Our walk is a metaphor for how many people suffering from mental illness feel as though they are always in the dark and with the help of Men’s Shed these people can help find light at the end of the tunnel.
