Hi everyone! Thank you so much for visiting my GoFundMe page! My name is Connor Greenwell, and I am a 15 year old singer-songwriter and musician from Centennial, Colorado. I attend Cherokee Trail High School and am a freshman this year (yes, I know, just a fetus)! Music is something that means the absolute world to me, and it has become my biggest passion in life. I love to write and compose music, and also come up with my own arrangements. When I was little, I used to watch my sister sing, beatbox, and perform A Cappella music (and other kinds of music too) both in high school and college. She’s been such a mentor to me and is one of my biggest inspirations as I go on my own musical journey. Recently, I was given the amazing opportunity to go to A Cappella Academy in Los Angeles, California this summer to sing and work with some incredible talent from around the world. I’m so grateful to have been given this gift, and to get to learn from mentors such as Ben Bram (2-time Grammy award winning arranger of Pentatonix), Avi Kaplan (vocal bass of Pentatonix), Rob Dietz (A Cappella award winning arranger and composer, coach for The Sing Off, and vocal percussionist on Glee) and so many more awesome people! I can’t tell you how excited I am! A Cappella Academy would really help me grow so much both as a vocalist and a musician. This is why I’m asking for your help!
