Lunas surgery

I feel embarrassed asking for help but I have been put in a corner. My 6 month  old puppy had to go through surgery yesterday as she had a huge chunk of rubber stuck in her small intestines. She was not able to eat or drink and had projectile vomit. After all the testing and surgery it is so far £1700 but have been told they will be more calculations for treatments. She has been on the drip for 2 days as she was dehydrated. I was hoping my insurance would cover her but they have let me down and refused to cover because they declined anything to do with the stomach just because she had diarrhoea at 2 months because I changed her diet. Which is absolutely ridiculous. So I am embarrassed to say I need a little help for my baby girl. Any little donation will help alot and any family members that were getting me.anything for christmas please go towards luna. Thank you so much
