The holiday season has always been been a joyful time of year for me. I love the magic of Christmas -- the joy of spending time with people I love, listening to Christmas music, watching people ice-skate downtown, and seeing neighborhoods glow from Christmas lights. It’s the most wonderful time of the year.
Although Christmas has always been a holiday I cherish, I recognize that some children may not be quite as lucky as I am. I know that many children in our local area may not see Christmas presents under the tree. Their parents may be struggling just to make ends meet. I believe that every child brought into this world deserves a fair shot at a great life. At the very least, I hope to give these kids some joy on Christmas. So, a couple of years ago I began to pull names from an Angel Tree. I chose Angel Tree because it provides gifts for children who might not have anything for Christmas. Last year, I was able to purchase over $2,500 worth of presents to give to Angel Tree all thanks to generous people who donated to my Go Fund Me account.
In hopes of raising $10,000 for Angel Tree this year, I teamed up with Aaron and Kelsey Parker to plan Hope for the Holidays, an evening of food, wine, live music and holiday cheer! Thanks to the generous donations of Liv Hospitality for wine and Anything’s Possible Catering for food, 100% of all donations will go directly to Angel Tree. All you have to do is donate $50 per person to attend the Hope for the Holidays party!

In order to help the most kids we can, I encourage you to donate now so that we have funds available to purchase the majority of the gifts on Black Friday.
Can't make it to the party? No problem. Please consider donating something, no matter how small (or large), to help us reach our goal and spread holiday cheer!
