North County Police Cooperative K9
Donation protected
The North County Police Cooperative operates a K-9 Unit to assist in the effort to combat crime in the cities that we serve and any other agency who may need our assistance. The K-9 Unit is a valuable asset to the officers and other law enforcement officers who are working diligently to protect the citizens of those cities. Currently we have a single K-9 unit deployed that is narcotics trained only. The North County Police Cooperative will be deploying another K-9 dog as we are a growing agency and will need your help reaching the financial goal.
The existence of a patrol K-9 Unit at the North County Police Cooperative greatly enhances our agency’s capability to detect illegal narcotics in our communities and schools. The employment of K-9 assets can greatly reduce safety risks to the citizens and law enforcement officers, while increasing our agency’s effectiveness in apprehending criminals and conserving the peace.
