Nora's Search Fund

49 year- old Nora Conde Villalobos, a U S Army veteran was last seen in Raymondville,Tx on April 19th 2017. Nora was last known to be wearing a Black top with Silver Pants, and Black heels. Nora wears glasses, and she has a turtle tattooed on top of her left foot. She also has the tattoo of flowers, a tower and an angel all combined in one tattoo image on her left arm. The funds  will be used for family expenses in the search of finding her.  All Donations and Support will be greatly appreciated.
