Noor El-Islam Mosque Fundraiser

Assalamu alaykum my brothers and sisters in Islam, we are raising money and require your help as we looking to expand our mosque which is the oldest purpose built mosque in Wales and possibly the whole of the UK located in Cardiff. This was first built 1937. We look to raise funds for the Mosque. We have a large community in Cardiff with a lot of Muslims and always have new reverts accepting Islam Alhamdulillah, so we would like to have more space for everyone to come and practice their deen with their Muslim brothers and sisters. The sisters section is very small so we would also like to eventually expand that so more sisters are encouraged to come to the mosque and learn about their deen, You can also give it as sadaqa on behalf of your late mother or father, aunty or uncle or grandparent and as a long term charity that doesnt seizes to end, till the of Judgement (Also known as Waqf). We aim to demolish flats next to the mosque and expand the masjid insha’Allah. We urge brothers and sisters to donate generously as this cannot be achieved without the will Allah (swt) and then your generous donations. Please spread this message and forward to as many people as possible. This will be the starting point of the expansion of the masjid. Please donate as every pound you donate will help.

Allah the most high says:


“The Mosques of Allah shall be maintained only by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day; perform As-Salat (Iqama-as-Salat) and give Zakat and fear none but Allah. It is they who are expected to be on true guidance”

At-Taw bah 9:18
