Museum Bus Trip

We are raising funds to take Inner-City youth* to the Museum of Natural History and Journey to the Stars at the Hayden Planetarium.

Aim:  Our intentions are to take Inner-City youth, between the ages of 10 - 15, to the HAYDEN PLANETARIUM AND THE MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY. This bus trip will afford the youth with the opportunity to enjoy events and history they normally see on television only.
(* Parent(s) will have the opportunity to accompany their child(ren), if it is their wish.  Otherwise the youth will be accompanied by volunteering parents).

HAYDEN PLANETARIUM AND THE MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY.

US Coachways will be the designated transportation.
Wi-fi and bathroom will be available on the bus.

Capacity: 55 seats.

Cost: $1,520.00

Ticket cost: $852.00 ($15.50 per person at group rate)
The remaining balance will go toward the purchase of meals for the children and gratuity for the driver.

The tentative Date is: Saturday, 3/26/2016
Boarding time: 8:00 AM.
Departure time: 9:00 AM

Return time:  We are leaving the museum at 4:00PM, we will be stopping to feed the  children .

We will be leaving NYC at 5:00PM
