Please Help My Mom Smile Again

Several years ago, my mother got injured at work. The following surgeries, medications and side effects left her far worse than better -- and since she could no longer work, affording her ever - rising medical costs became nearly impossible.
One of her most depressing issues however, beyond her high blood pressure, immobile shoulder, damaged eye sight and weakened heart, is her poor oral health. The medications she was put on after her initial surgery made her teeth very weak. Now, she never feels like she can smile or carry on a normal conversation, none the less -- sit through an interview because she is so embarrassed by her teeth.
All she wants is to extract the old, broken, infected teeth and get dentures. This in actuality doesn't cost too much, but with bills piling up and medication costs, I just can't afford it.
Her oral health isn't just vanity though -- it's effecting everything else too. The infections are causing her blood pressure to spike and her heart to beat erratically. She can't eat anything but soft foods, and the sensitivity makes even drinking water, a painful task.
I'm not looking for a miracle, nor do I expect anything grand -- I just want my mom to get into better health. She still has a child under the age of 18 that she needs to care for, and that's very hard when you can't even get out of bed most days.
Please, whatever you can do -- it would mean literally the world to my family.
