NISCHAY

Nischay is a school for underprivileged girls, and was started as a community outreach programme by Neerja Modi School (Shri Modi Shikshan Sansthan) on 15th October, 2004 to provide free education to underprivileged girls. It aims to provide these girls quality education, alongside life and vocational skills, as a means of economic and social empowerment.

BLANKET PROJECT
The Nischay girls live in the slum areas of Jaipur, India. The funds of $7000.00 will go towards providing each girl a blanket for winter as many of these girls are living in harsh conditions that do not provide a safe warm place to say in winter. We aim to have purchased 600 blankets by November 22nd 2019 which will be given out to these kids.

Any donation amount will be hugely appreciated as these kids are in desperate need of the basics over their winter.  After working with these kids for the past four years I know the importance of making them feel like they are not forgotten. I have watched these girls grow in confidence developing a community service project that has a strong focus on making these young girls feel valued as humans. Our act of kindness gives every girl a voice that is respected and listened to. Every girl feels valued and cared for.
